• ‘You’, ‘Your’ means the person accessing our website/mobile app and ordering our products;
• ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’ refers to Kovai Kitchen;
• ‘Goods’ means any goods offered for sale on our platform;
• ‘Service’ or ‘Services’ means any service we supply, including food delivery;
• ‘Website’ and ‘App’ refer to our official website www.kovaikitchenhomemade .com and mobile applications;
• ‘Month’ means a 30-day period for subscription or plan calculations;

Section 2 : Privacy Policy

• We collect certain data (IP address, contact info, preferences) to improve services and customize your experience.
• Advanced security measures are implemented to protect your data.
• Our Cookie Policy helps analyze web traffic and enhance user experience.
• Cookies do not control your computer or collect sensitive information without consent.

Section 3 : Ordering

• Orders require accurate and complete details from you.
• Goods are for personal use only, not for resale.
• Keep your account credentials secure; we are not liable for breaches beyond reasonable care.
• Order acceptance depends on availability and delivery capacity.
• Order confirmations will be sent; notify us immediately if there is an error.
• Unavailable products or delivery issues will be communicated promptly.

Section 4 : Pricing & Payment

• Prices are accurate at publication but subject to change.
• Delivery charges may also change over time.
• Food is primarily prepared in-house; some outsourcing may occur.
• Total prices including taxes are displayed at checkout, with payment required before delivery.
• Payments proceed through encrypted, secure channels.
• Duplicate payment refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days.

Section 5 : Delivery

• Delivery timings are approximate and influenced by external factors such as weather and traffic.
• Ensure delivery access is adequate and instructions are clear.
• Risk passes to you if delivery is refused or instructions are not followed.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from late deliveries.
• Refunds for failed deliveries will be arranged within 15-20 working days.

Section 6 : Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Daily Plan: Cancel at least 4 hours before first meal for a full refund; otherwise, 80% refunded to wallet.
• Weekly Plan: Cancel 4 hrs before 1st meal for full refund; else 80% credited. Partial refunds based on meals used.
• Monthly Plan: Same terms as weekly, proportional to meals used.
• Orders may be canceled for unavailable products with a refund issued.
• Wrong deliveries can be refused with a full refund.
• Meal boxes issued under plans must be safely returned.

Section 7 : Information

• You must provide truthful and complete delivery information.
• Your data may be used for delivery, marketing, credit control, or shared as legally required.
• You can request a copy of your personal data.
