This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Kovai Kitchen delivers meals to your doorstep. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver within Coimbatore and select surrounding areas.
- Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.
- If we cannot deliver to your location, you will be notified before order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to modify serviceable areas without prior notice.
2. Delivery Timings
- Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and in order confirmations.
- Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- We strive to meet estimated times but cannot guarantee exact arrival windows.
- For meal plans, delivery times are scheduled as per your subscription preferences.
3. Delivery Methods
- We use our own delivery network and may partner with third-party delivery services.
- Orders are delivered to the address you provide at checkout.
- You must ensure the delivery address is accurate, accessible, and has clear instructions.
- For meal plans, stainless steel boxes are provided and must be returned daily (weekly/monthly plans).
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Charges may vary by location, order value, or time of day.
- We reserve the right to modify delivery charges; changes will be reflected at checkout.
- Free delivery may apply to orders above a certain value or for specific promotions.
5. Order Acceptance & Delivery
- Orders are subject to product availability and delivery capacity.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS upon successful placement.
- If an item is unavailable or delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange alternatives or refund.
- You must accept delivery or provide clear instructions; risk passes to you if delivery is refused.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., incorrect address provided by us, delivery partner error), a full refund will be processed within 15–20 working days.
- If you are unavailable or refuse delivery without valid reason, re-delivery charges may apply.
- We are not liable for losses or expenses arising from late delivery due to factors outside our control.
- If we cannot deliver to your location, we will inform you and arrange cancellation or an alternative address.
7. Meal Box Returns (Weekly/Monthly Plans)
- Stainless steel meal boxes must be returned to the delivery person the next day, clean and washed.
- You will receive fresh boxes with the current day's meal.
- All boxes must be returned at the end of your subscription period.
- Boxes are not for personal use; failure to return may result in charges.
