Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you have subscribed to Kovai Kitchen meal plans (daily / weekly / monthly), you may cancel any time via phone or the Kovai Kitchen app. Refunds will follow the conditions below.

Daily Plan

  • Cancel at least 4 hours before the first scheduled meal for a full refund.
  • Otherwise, 80% of the subscription amount is refunded to your in‑app wallet.

Weekly Plan

  • Cancel 4 hours prior to the first meal for a full refund; otherwise, 80% is credited to wallet.
  • Partial cancellations: 80% of remaining, undelivered meals are refunded to wallet.

Monthly Plan

  • Cancel 4 hours prior to the first meal for a full refund.
  • Otherwise, 80% of remaining, undelivered meals are refunded.

Order Availability & Errors

  • If an item is unavailable or cannot be delivered to your location, we will notify you and refund the payment.
  • If you receive a wrong item, you may reject it for refund or replacement.
  • If only partial delivery is possible, we will inform you and you may refuse the partial order for a refund.

Refund Timelines

  • Eligible cancellations are refunded within 14–20 working days to the original payment source or in‑app wallet, as applicable.
  • Duplicate online payments are refunded to the source within 15–20 working days.

Meal Box Returns (Weekly/Monthly)

Stainless steel meal boxes provided for weekly or monthly plans must be returned daily to our delivery partner in a clean condition, and all boxes must be returned at the end of the subscription. Boxes are not for personal use.
